Agreement
By using CoverBop, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
What CoverBop provides
CoverBop helps users create original playlist cover backgrounds, save covers to an account, and buy one-time credits for additional generations and exports.
CoverBop does not allow user reference-image uploads as part of the generation flow.
Your account and inputs
You are responsible for the information you enter into CoverBop, including titles, artist examples, profile details, any text prompts you provide, and any issue images you upload.
If you upload issue images, only share what is needed to explain the problem and do not include passwords, payment information, or other sensitive personal information unless CoverBop specifically asks for it in a secure way.
You agree not to use CoverBop to infringe rights, impersonate people, violate the law, or submit abusive or harmful content.
Intellectual property and generated output
CoverBop keeps all rights in the product, software, branding, and site content other than user-provided inputs and exported output.
As between you and CoverBop, you may use the cover images you generate and export through your account, but you are responsible for checking whether your final use needs additional rights clearance.
CoverBop does not promise that any generated image is unique, exclusive, non-infringing, or fit for a specific commercial use.
Payments and credits
Credits are sold as one-time purchases. CoverBop does not sell recurring subscriptions for credits at this time.
Credits are added to the account used for checkout. Unused credits have no cash value and are not transferable unless CoverBop says otherwise in writing.
Refunds are handled under the Refund Policy.
Prohibited behavior
You may not try to copy the service, scrape it, reverse engineer it, overload it, bypass limits, break security features, or use automated abuse tools against it.
You may not use CoverBop to generate content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, hateful, sexually exploitative, or otherwise prohibited by applicable law or provider rules.
Takedown and complaints
If you believe content connected to CoverBop violates your rights, send the details to support@coverbop.com so the report can be reviewed.
For the simple rights-reporting path CoverBop uses right now, see the DMCA page.
Service changes and availability
CoverBop may change, suspend, or remove features at any time. CoverBop does not guarantee that the service will always be available, error-free, or uninterrupted.
Disclaimers and limits
CoverBop is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent allowed by law.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, CoverBop is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.
