CoverBop sells credits as one-time purchases. There is no recurring subscription for credits at this time.
If a generation fails
If a cover generation fails for any reason, the credit is automatically returned to your balance. No action needed and no charge.
General refund rule
Credit purchases are generally non-refundable once the credits have been delivered to your account and used.
CoverBop may still provide a refund when required by law or when there was a clear billing or technical problem.
When CoverBop may approve a refund
Refunds may be considered for duplicate charges, unauthorized purchases, or a confirmed product failure that prevented the purchased credits from being delivered or used as promised.
When CoverBop may deny a refund
Refunds may be denied when credits were already used, when the issue was caused by misuse of the service, or when the request conflicts with fraud-prevention or abuse-prevention needs.
How to ask for a refund
Send the purchase details, the account email used for checkout, and a short explanation to support@coverbop.com within 14 days of the charge.
Chargebacks
If there is a billing problem, contact CoverBop first so it can be reviewed before you start a chargeback with your payment provider.
